Fantastic Experience I was impressed with the whole experience at Zeck Ford. Kyle took the time to answer all of our questions. I bought a 2014 Ford Fusion, and was nervou I was impressed with the whole experience at Zeck Ford. Kyle took the time to answer all of our questions. I bought a 2014 Ford Fusion, and was nervous on purchasing a new vehicle for myself. (I have a 97 ford ranger that is still kicking, and decided to keep that also) When looking at the car, I noticed one little flaw on the passenger side bottom panel which had some decent size scratches. Kyle looked at it and got it approved to replace the panel and to buff out a scratch above that. I was very happy they would take care of that on a used vehicle. Just today Kyle left me a voice mail that the part was ordered, and i could bring it in next week and they would give me a courtesy car while it is being replaced. That is quite the customer service and going above and beyond. They knew i was going to buy the car anyways, but they wanted to make sure i was very satisfied with the purchase. In a few years, i definitely know where i am buying my next cars! btw.. my new car is fantastic and could not be happier. Thanks to Kyle and all the staff. More
