At first, I was kinda disappointed because there weren't many Edge's on the lot and no one came up to talk to us, while were walking around the lot. We went inside and Sage Herrera, whom I'm pretty sure is related to Kelvin Herrera, end up helping us. Despite the fact that he's a new team member, I was very impressed with him trying to sell my parents a new car. If he didn't know an answer he went and asked someone just to get answers. When we were leaving he went to get a manager just to see where my parents were at on leaving with a new car. Even though we didn't leave with a new Edge, my parents are still talking about the possibly of buying the Edge. Overall, everyone we talked to were very nice, helpful, willing to work with us, and get us to what we were looking for. I'd defiantly recommend Zeck Ford, but most importantly Sage Herrera, to anyone thinking about looking for a new or used vehicle. More

Well worth the drive I live about 300 miles away from Zeck Ford but found a 2015 Mustang GT on their website that was exactly what I was looking for a great price. Tyler sent me a walk-around video of the car so that I could get a good look at it before making the trek to Leavenworth. (They had plenty of high-quality pictures posted online, but the video was helpful) I put a deposit down on the car and drove to Zeck Ford the next weekend to test drive the car. When I got there the car was detailed and ready and after a short wait (it is quite busy on Saturdays, which they warned me about) I took the car for spin and knew that I had to buy it. Tyler and the rest of the staff made the car buying process effortless and hassle-free. Of the many things I like about Zeck Ford is that they don't raise the prices expecting to haggle over the price. They price the cars at below book value at reasonable prices so that you don't have to waste time negotiating. I knew exactly what the Mustang would cost before I left my house. I was very impressed with the service and the relaxed atmosphere of the dealership. Tyler was very helpful with getting me the car that I wanted, and Erik in Financing saved me some money on my car loan. My only complaint is that I live too far away to take the car to Zeck Ford for its scheduled maintenance intervals. More

Good service and pricing I had a short list of wants and needs in a car, but Hunter helped me find a car that went well beyond that list. The pricing was really fair. The only complaint I had was that they wouldn't send my bank all the info on the car until after I had signed all the paperwork and had turned down their in house financing options, even though I knew I was going to finance through my bank. This meant an extra trip to the bank and added time to the whole transaction for everyone. Besides that, service was great and they did everything possible to make the whole transaction as quick and painless as possible. More
