I made an appointment at 1pm that same day, Mark was great to work with on my purchase, I came in with a trade in and they gave me above book trade in value. The no haggle/hassle is great, the price that is on the car IS already as low as they can go! So there is ZERO back and forth to the manager to try and bluff you, that goes on everywhere else.
