I live in St Louis. and shopped for my used car online. With Zeck's fixed price policy; I knew what value I was getting not what I might be able to negotiate. My sales person , Clint Phillips really knew how to assist me in my buying decision. He made a custom video of the car that I was thinking about, being sure to highlight questions I had about the vehicle, like do all the seats fold flat. And he pointed out the few flaws, like the small dent in a door. When your buying used, you expect some wear to show and usually its up to you to spot it. When I made the trip over to buy the car, the only question I had to answer was the test drive. And that may be the best part of Zeck's process. It wasn't a quick around the block in city traffic where you can't really asses the car because your paying attention to the traffic. No, this was a planned drive through all types of driving, city, neighborhood,highway flat, hilly, straight and winding. In the end I would sum it by say the Clint and everyone at Zeck says what they mean and means what they say. It make car buying fun and not a chore. More

Great way to buy a truck! I have been looking for a New diesel truck for a couple of months. I was sure I was going to buy a Chevy. I went to a couple of Chevy dealers during I have been looking for a New diesel truck for a couple of months. I was sure I was going to buy a Chevy. I went to a couple of Chevy dealers during the "Chevy Truck Month" and they were not willing to make any kind of deals. They really low balled me on my trade in also. That's when I drove into Zeck Ford. I was able to look around the lot with no salesman running me down and hassling me pulling me into an office to sit and wait forever so they can run the numbers. The vehicles were unlocked so I could open them up and look inside. Well needless to say I ended up buying a New Diesel Truck from Ray. He was helpful as well as the whole staff was, and I got a great deal! Thank you for making my Truck buying experience not a dreadful one. More
