Happy buyer We came from out of town to buy a certain vehicle and Nicole worked with us throughout the entire process. We had the car delivered to our house and We came from out of town to buy a certain vehicle and Nicole worked with us throughout the entire process. We had the car delivered to our house and she stayed in contact with us everyday until we received the car. She was great to work with! She even contacted me a couple weeks after we bought the car to let us know they found another key and mailed it to us. We had a good experience with Nicole and Zeck Ford! More

Different kind of sales experience. This was the strangest experience I have ever had buying a car. You pick out a car from a website because the actual vehicles are kept on a separate l This was the strangest experience I have ever had buying a car. You pick out a car from a website because the actual vehicles are kept on a separate lot. Then after the test drive they give you "the deal". I say that because it is a take it or leave it deal. It sounds strange but if you did your homework before arriving then you will recognize that it is a fair deal. David MacDonald did a great job. My only complaint is that the vehicle I purchased came with only 1 key and no floor mats. I could purchase a second key at their cost but would have had to return to the dealership to do so (2 1/2 hr drive). I really think the dealership should just get a second key for all their autos. That should be a standard part of their process of getting the cars ready for resale. More
