Once the deal was made, delivery was quick and easy with the car ready to go when we arrived. John helped my wife figure out all the parts of the sync system and was VERY patient as she had zero experience with it. Great Service, Selection, & Staff My wife and I drove up from KC to test drive a used Jeep Wrangler that Zeck had in stock. We our first time car buyers, and we had visited several oth My wife and I drove up from KC to test drive a used Jeep Wrangler that Zeck had in stock. We our first time car buyers, and we had visited several other Jeep dealers around KC, but we were surprised by how many Jeeps Zeck Ford had. Kelly Malec greeted us, was very professional, and never pushy the whole time we were with her. Answered any questions we had, took her time with us, even though we showed up just an hour before "closing time" (side note, we stayed almost two hours past closing and she never seemed eager to get out of there!). Test drive went well, but not quite the Jeep we were looking for. She then showed us another Jeep that we loved - perfect color, style, and interior package were great - just the miles were a little high on it, but Gene S the Jeep guy ensured us of the reliability on the new 3.6 Pentastar Jeep engines. Kelly, as well as Gene S, and Jay P went above and beyond to ensure we would drive away that day in a car that met our goals. Even after our trade-in deal wasn't quite what we had hoped for, they never made us feel bad for not taking that deal (we ultimately opted to sell the trade ourselves, but they offered a fair price). They wanted us to be happy with our purchase, and my wife and I could tell they genuinely just wanted to help us. We ultimately decided to buy on the spot, and honestly made the decision probably largely due to the staff we met. The Jeep was listed at a fair price, and we wanted Zeck Ford to have our business rather than going somewhere else. I had to come back a week later to service a few minor things that were covered under warranty, and Kelly greeted me in the service center knowing that I was coming in that day. I mentioned to her that the Jeep had not had floor mats in it, and she quickly went to their warehouse and found some floor mats for me. Again, always putting me the customer first - thanks Kelly, and Gene for our great experience in our first-time dealer car buying experience! More
