2nd time buying! I would like to take a few minutes. I had bought a car from Zeck 2.5 years ago. Still have that car and it runs just fine. I had a car accident on I would like to take a few minutes. My other car was totaled and as a result of the accident my hip was broke in 3 places. I had been looking for a car to replace the one that was totaled. I sent an email and was directed to Kelly Malec. We talked about a couple of cars and i told her i would be out the next evening to check out a few. She had the cars ready an waiting for me when i got there. I had a friend test drive and i rode with. Kelly was so accommodating to my situation, as i am on a walker until mid September. We went in and made a deal and she was so friendly and cheerful thru the whole process. At this time I am completely happy with the service I had received from Kelly. I came out of the finance office and she said she would personally deliver the car to my house the next day. I live about 30 minutes away from the dealership. I said "I live in Olathe" she said that's fine she would bring it to my house. I am not sure if it was because I am not cleared to drive until September OR if she was just going above and beyond. As promises the car was in my drive the next day. This kind of service will definitely bring me back for my next car! Thank you! More

As we walked into the sales room we found it to be both exciting and very comfortable. We sat down with our salesman Sage Herrera. Who appeared to be very young what a great guy we were very surprised. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and not pushy! Out of State Purchase I am a police officer in Texas and for the past 3 months I had been looking to purchase an Interceptor Utility to no avail. Apparently Ford has a policy in which they only sell Fleet Vehicles to governmental entities. I came across Zeck Ford's website and saw they listed several used Interceptors. I noticed the mileage listed was 25 so I thought it was an error. I called and learned Zeck had purchased them brandnew and were selling them as 'used.' Needless to say I sucked one up as fast as I could. I was skeptical at first since I'm from Texas and Zeck Ford is in Kansas, but the salesman, Darius Mathis, was extremely professional. Darius was quick to respond to my questions either by email or text and he made me feel important. Eric George, one of the finance managers, guided me through the entire process. Depending on how retitling this vehicle to Texas plays out, I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Zeck Ford. More
