Honest Pricing With No Hassle It is nice to be able to walk onto a car lot and not have a salesman charging at you wanting to make a sale. I love the fact that the cars are left unlocked so you can walk around and look at all the cars at your on free will and walk away if you don't see anything you like. The cars are priced at honest pricing so you don't have to negotiate a price. And no they won't budge an inch, so if you want to negotiate a lesser price it doesn't work. I did a lot of price shopping when my daughter bought her car and when I bought mine. Zeck Ford's pricing on Autotrader.com is one of the best pricings you will find. Customer service is awesome as well. I drove this car home, but my daughters car they delivered at no additional fee a distance of 240 miles one way. More

One should expect a certain level Professionalism I initially came in to drive a Taurus SHO. I knew I wanted used, they have excellent prices on the used vehicles they have on the lot. I quickly reali I initially came in to drive a Taurus SHO. I knew I wanted used, they have excellent prices on the used vehicles they have on the lot. I quickly realized why this is. I drove the first car and left after negotiations did not work out. After thinking about it I decided the extra money every month would be worth getting out of my then current car ( a 14' focus). So i went back and drove another Taurus SHO, this one had less miles, a few more feature I wanted and others I did not want and it was a about 1k more it was worth it to me. I drove this car and immediately the front suspension began to make lots of noise going over bumps. I mentioned it and they said they would take care of it. I also noticed one of the tires had a chunk taken out of it. They agreed to replace it. I left under the impression it was going to be handled, and when i came back a day or two later I believe to take delivery I inspected the car and drove it again. The suspension noise was still present, and the tire that was damaged was just moved to another location on the vehicle, and the chunk was pulled out! (They claimed at this point the tire was replaced and the suspension fixed) I told them and they said they would get parts ordered. I put a deposit on the car, with the conditions that everything would be fixed before delivery. After a week I went back with an appointment time of 2:30 to pick it up. (since it WILL be ready) and lo an behold they still hadn't mounted the tire they claimed to have done previously. Around 5:30 my wife and I finally where able to take the finished car. My biggest issue with all of this is they seem to have tried to hide the damaged tire by moving it to another spot, and maybe with the noise hoped i wouldn't notice it. I don't know and never will know for sure. The service department ended up putting new shocks, sway bar end links, a new tire, and plugged a tire. Most phone calls that where promised went unanswered, texts where ignored, and generally where not very professional about how this was handled. From start to finish It took two weeks and HOURS upon HOURS of my time. The day after delivery the car would not start and left me stranded at work. I managed to get a jump and bring it home only to have it leave us stranded again at my sons elementary school. Zeck did come get the car and bring me a rental ( which was ready for sale and needed four new tires. The whole car would shake violently at around 55 m.p.h and above) Again they brought me another car. This time it was a solid vehicle. My Taurus ended up getting all the key Fobs reprogrammed, an additional new one and a new battery to get it to start reliably every time. So far so good. The point being is I think they hope whomever comes to purchase these cars wont notice the problems. When I asked about it they said the "recon people" must have missed it. One car maybe, but two back to back? More
