Team leaders check on our progress, asked if we needed anything and to see if everything is going to our expectations. She was rude and condescending and the only reason I continued with the sale was because Isaiah was such a good salesman. He saved the sale for Zeck because I was about to walk out after having to deal with his sales lead. I was told that my vehicle had a new battery and wipers installed and that was a lie. I had to purchase a new battery out of pocket one week after purchase because the old one was factory (3yrs old) and cracked and leaking. 5 out of 10 rating for me. More
