Rick was extremely helpful and three of their staff stayed an hour after they closed so I could get everything worked out. They didn't beat around the bush, try to sell me things I didn't want, and they went at the pace I wanted. Highly recommended. More

Great sales staff When I began looking for a different vehicle I went to Mark Atkinson at Zeck Ford for a change from Olathe Ford. I was looking for an, admittedly, dif When I began looking for a different vehicle I went to Mark Atkinson at Zeck Ford for a change from Olathe Ford. I was looking for an, admittedly, difficult vehicle to locate because of my high standards and general stubbornness when it comes to vehicles, vehicle condition, and what I think I should have to pay for them. Mark gave me no grief and was one of the most helpful salesman I've ever encountered. Using their vehicle locate program he told me exactly what he thought he could do, what might not be possible to do, and assured me that he would select vehicles that would pass muster in my eyes. Mark and Gene wanted 30 days instead of 14 to locate my vehicle and ended up taking less than a week to find one. Their service department performed some work on the vehicle for me and did an awesome job as well. Mark was very up front throughout the entire process and kept me informed. I have bought my cars at Olathe since 2004, from now on I'll be buying from Mark and Zeck Ford. More
