Excellent! Mellisia greeted us upon arrival and was able to get us out for test drives quickly. We didn't find exactly what we were looking for, so Nick told us about their ability to search nationwide for the car we wanted. It took a little longer than expected, but Gene was able to track down a car that exceeded our expectations, while Mellisia kept us informed the entire time. Everyone did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend Zeck for anyone looking for a hassle-free purchase! More

Even though we didn't have an appointment, they were very accommodating and got us to a sales associate very quickly. We met with Shawn Gunderson, told him exactly what we were looking for and made it happen. He was very helpful and friendly. He also shared his phone charger....which was hilarious, while we waited for the next steps of the vehicle purchase. It was the best car buying experience that I have had!!! Friendly, Willingness, Honest I originally contacted Zeck Ford to get a F-250 to tow a 40' trailer but just days before I was supposed to make the deal the trailer became non-exsis I originally contacted Zeck Ford to get a F-250 to tow a 40' trailer but just days before I was supposed to make the deal the trailer became non-exsistant. The team at Zeck worked with me to get out of the deal for the F-250 and where able to help me find a F-150 that better suited my new needs. I flew from NY to KS and they arraigned for someone to pick me up. All I can say is I was blown away by every aspect of the experience from the moment I walked through the doors to the moment I walked back out with a new set of keys. These ladies and gentlemen should be an example of how all car/truck/boat/ect. dealerships should be. They are not there to sell you what is best for them, they are there to sell you what is best for you. If I could go back in time and decide if I would go through the experience again I would, hands down. Some examples: Jeff was so dedicated that he literally put me ahead of his own health, I hope you feel better soon man. Clint was honest from step one telling me about his own experiences and listening to my wants and needs. Jace was fast with getting me financed and open to explaining my different options. Brendan shared many laughs with me, or was it at me, and made me feel very comfortable. These were just a few of the people I worked with but every last one of them deserves 12 out of 10 stars. More

Without going into detail, my concern was not only quickly RESOLVED but was dealt with way BEYOND my expectations. Big shout out to John Ford. I can now truly give an OVERALL satisfaction rating for my Leavenworth Zeck Ford Team, and will highly recommend to everyone. Ask for Preston Rooker and you too will be a Zeck Ford customer for life! This seach was much more difficult than we initially expected, until we found Zeck Ford. They have a large selection of quality vehicles, and they are constantly adding to their inventory. Mason was incredibly helpful, easy-going, and knowledgable. We are very pleased with our experience, and our purchase! More
Disappointed, Frustrated & having regrets We recently bought 2 vehicles and have regrets. Their upfront pricing is good. However, their financing rates are awful. I speculate this is how they We recently bought 2 vehicles and have regrets. Their upfront pricing is good. However, their financing rates are awful. I speculate this is how they earn additional hidden profits. It's difficult to cancel a purchase when you're that far into completion. You're happy to have finally gotten something you wanted at a good price. Even though your mind says, "Wow! These financing rates are double or triple that of what I would find anywhere else", Your heart loves the new car and says, "that's okay." But it's not, you'll pay thousands more in financing which cancels out the good deal you thought you were getting. To make things worse, once you've completed the sale their response to any questions, concerns, or requests are nearly non-existent. It took me 3 weeks and several requests to multiple people before they sent me the service records I requested before the sale. The financing manager, Eric Stone, incorrectly processed some paperwork. He pressured me to sign them as, "this needs to be done right away!" I explained to him my work schedule and the mandatory overtime that was being issued at my employer. It was obvious he didn't care. After I requested that he called me Friday afternoon to see if I would be available, he failed to do the simplest of requests and pick up the phone. Instead, a courier was unexpectedly sent to my home. Which freaked my wife out. I had to take time off work, lost wages, irritated my supervisor, which stressed me out all because of a failure for them to properly communicate. It gets worse. When it came time to retrieve the vehicle titles it was a major hassle. Neither the sales person Tyler Hatcher or Eric Stone the finance manager would return my calls, emails, or text messages. After 4 weeks, I finally insisted to the receptionist, "please transfer me to someone who can take care of these titles immediately. A lady in the title service department by the name of Jamie responded. She was kind enough to stop what she was doing and immediately try to help. However, after getting a lame explanation I was justifiably upset and politely, calmly expressed my frustration with their lack of communication. She became rude, interrupted me several times by speaking loudly over me. I had to calm her down when she increasingly got more agitated. That was a seriously lack of composure and professionalism. I was polite and calm and didn't do anything to deserve that. After much deliberation, I specifically requested specifics on an immediate resolution and she eventually agreed. A few days go by and again, failed to follow through with the request for resolving the titles being late. When I called back she explained, "your contact information that I put on a post-it note got lost." What?!? I thought silently to myself, they're telling me there was no way to get a hold of me even though I had setup an online Zeck Ford account with contact information and filled out countless papers with detailed contact info. Yet, the post-it note was the problem. She then explained, "I've sent the titles in the mail." Which I asked her not to do because they were already late. I politely end the call at this point because it was obvious she didn't care and demonstrated a failure to do simple requests. I immediately called back to speak with the receptionist again. I asked to speak with a service manager for dispute resolution. After waiting on hold for a while, speaking to a few people who asked me who I was holding for, a manager by the name of John Ford answers. I explain the ongoing situations to him in depth. The trouble getting the vehicle service records, the debacle with the finance manager's paperwork, the acquiring of the vehicle titles, and everything I've been subject to as well as the loss of time and wages trying to resolve all of this. He apologizes and explains he will do his best to resolve this. He did get the titles to me later that day. Which means that the lady Jamie lied to me about mailing the titles. After being blatantly lied to, losing wages, and the time spent suffering through this I believe some form of compensation would have been appropriate. My final conclusion of this dealership is their prices are only good if you're paying cash. Don't finance through them, you'll regret it. If there is anything you need for the vehicle or paperwork get it done before the sale. Otherwise, you'll likely go through the same awful experience we went through. You can't ever count on them to be honest, follow through with anything or even answer a call, email or message. 02/17/2017 Update: We have been in contact with Jace Grabouski. He has taken the time to listen to our concerns, address the issues, and is attempting to resolve these matters. This resolution is currently a work in progress and may take some time to amend. Given the circumstances, I will update this review accordingly when we have reached a conclusion. 03/31/2017 Update: We have continued to work with Jace Grabouski. He's been very thorough and diligent with exploring resolutions. Considering the complexity with the buyback title and recent purchase it's taking a while to process. We are exploring further options and will continue to update or conclude as we reach a resolution. More
