I told him the two vehicles I was interested in (from my online research) and we looked at only these two vehicles. He didn't try to talk me into a more expensive model or question my motives for buying used instead of new. He broke down the history of each vehicle and accompanied me on a test drive of both. When it came down to decision time, there was no pressure at all. He pulled the two vehicles side by side and left me alone for them for as long as I wanted to look over them and make the decision. We flew through the paperwork and he handed me off to Brandon in finance. I always hate this part because on used cars - especially ones with low miles and plenty of manufacturer warranty left - I never get the optional warranties they try to sell. I advised I was not interested in them and Brandon, like he should do, try to whittle it down to the most basic, less expensive option. I again told him I was not interested - and that was that. He completed the rest of the paperwork and I was on my way. Great used car selection, nice people, and no pressure. The place was also PACKED. That was a good sign as well. We live in Shawnee, KS and my husband works long hours, so it was really great how flexible they were in letting me take the SUV for the weekend so we could truly evaluate it for our family, make sure it fit in our garage and allow my husband to see it as well. In addition, we were there late the next Monday to buy the car so Steve mailed me the missing mats to the car which I was concerned was not true based on prior experience with other dealerships promising something when you leave but he followed through. Steve was very friendly, especially to my 2 year old. He was very understanding and responsive for our quick turnaround. I recommend Steve. They also rewashed the SUV after we took it for the weekend, even though we were buying it. Lastly, they committed to their offer of $300 more than what car max offered us on our trade in. That was one of the reasons why we were considering them to begin with since we had a 45 minute drive. Thanks Zeck Ford & Steve! More

Took a long time to find the vehicle, and were very slow to inform me of any progress. I reduced this rating two stars for the following reasons: 1) I followed up with the seller more than they called me; I'm not asking for much, but if you say it'll take two weeks, then call me back in two weeks, not wait for me to call; 2) the salesperson was very friendly and polite but not at all knowledgable about the car. Overall my experience was fine. I would recommend this dealer to others to use the car buying service, but I would caution them on the afore-mentioned critiques. More
