Also, after research of the vehicles we were looking at, all were priced below the resell value. They are upfront with you on everything about the vehicle, and I mean everything. We flew in all the way from Atlanta Georgia 2 hours earlier than expected (we could not call to let them know the flight was early because they were closed at that time) and upon arrival we called Tyler and he rescheduled our pickup. We got picked up from the airport within twenty minutes. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and experience. Derrick you truly are a stellar guy. I had the opposite experience I am usually not enthused about the car buying experience. It's typically a long, painful, and uncomfortable process. I had the opposite experience at Zeck. I was able to get the Mustang I wanted at a very fair price with little to no pressure (only on the warranty). The sales staff (Fran) was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. It honestly felt like buying the car from a friend rather than someone you see as an opponent in a negotiation. Delivery process was fast when I noted I needed to leave for a meeting. Great process end to end. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend looking at this dealer. More
