Even though they were busy we had several people say Hi we will be right with you. We were introduce to Landon. We discussed the car we seen. Landon looked it up then pulled it to the front door. When we started our test drive we told Landon that the my wife had had neck surgery so we were having a hard time finding just the right seat to fit her that didn't hurt her neck. Landon was exceptional on working with us on trying the seat adjusting the head rest and different ideas on how to make it work. Landon took the extra time we needed to make sure it would work. This is the reason we purchased the car also in the future when we need a car we will go to Zeck Ford Thanks More

Ignored oil leak and overbooked salesman While the staff at Zeck are very friendly and supportive, my salesman was overbooked for the time-slot I had reserved and so I had to wait while he r While the staff at Zeck are very friendly and supportive, my salesman was overbooked for the time-slot I had reserved and so I had to wait while he raced between customers. I was also told that putting the cost on my Visa would not be an issue but when I arrived, I was told that I could only put $5K on a credit card, so I had call my bank and have them issue a certified cheque for the remainder. A real hassle to do over the phone. But what really leaves a bad taste in my mouth was when I picked up the Jeep, I pointed out some oil beneath the vehicle. The mechanic was called and he said he couldn't find any leaks. He suspected it was residual from a recent oil change. I drove the Jeep home (3 hours away) and parked it in my garage, where it promptly began to leak oil all over the concrete. I crawled up under the Jeep and could easily spot the oil pan gasket leak (which could signify a bad gasket or a collection of oil from a leak elsewhere). I'm not risking a 3 hour drive back to the dealership to have them investigate/repair the leak. I'll have to do it locally and pay for it. Very disappointed. Although I suspect this could be an isolated incident, I think its important for Zeck to get ALL feedback. More
