The GM, Jade, did call me. He stated he would find out more information and call me back. I didn't receive a call back. 11 days after I bought the car, I received it. It was brought to my house, which was kind, but it had no gas in it (13m until empty). I immediately called because the front headlight that was supposedly replaced was holding water and also making a loud noise. I was told to take it to another dealership since I was an hr away. Blue Springs Ford now has told me the headlight is cracked and the front wheel bearing needs replaced. Thanks for selling me a broken car!
