He presented us with multiple options for both our needs and we walked away extremely pleased with the purchases. Our trade-in did not go for as much as we would have liked (2013 Ford Escape), but the deals we received more than made up for it. Steve Courter was friendly, down to earth and easy to work with. All of our questions and requests for extra information were dealt with immediately. We were also able to walk around and shop using the QR codes and taking advantages of the unlocked vehicles- which made us feel unhurried and able to weigh all options. After deciding on a beautiful red '14 Ford Escape the process of purchase/financing was quick and painless. Everyone I met there was friendly and upbeat. It really means something to see employees that appear to like their jobs - whether it's a restaurant or the place you buy your next car. I recommend Zeck Ford to anyone.
