Jermaine asked the right questions and in 15 minutes we'd zeroed in on two possibilities. Half an hour later we were test driving. An hour later we'd made our decision. Jermaine answered our questions honestly and on the few items he was not sure of he got the answers instead of blowing smoke. As the title says..."No Muss, No Fuss" and there was no BS. The day after buying my used Acadia, I discovered a problem with the AC. I took my car back and they got it in the shop right away and fixed it without charging me! It was nice working with an honest dealership. While my vehicle was being fixed Kyle did a great job of communicating with me and keeping me updated with the progress. When it was time to pick up my vehicle I was unable to get there before closing, so he stayed late to meet me! He went above and beyond. It was clear he cares about customer satisfaction.
