My sales person was Mel Thomas, and she was the best possible person to work with. She moved the sales process along smoothly, including the final sales stage where the manager comes in to arm-wressel you into a deal. She was patient and willing to go the extra mile to make it happen. I have a spray bed liner put in and Mel stayed in touch with me to facilitate getting a loner for a day while that work was done. I was out in their giant lot the Saturday before to check out the car and Mellissia f I purchased a 2011 Infiniti G37 IPL from Zeck Ford on 9/18/2017. I was out in their giant lot the Saturday before to check out the car and Mellissia found wandering around. She took me inside, grabbed the keys and we went back to look at the car. We then took it out for a test drive and came back. It was pretty late (well past closing) so I decided to think about it and made an appointment to come back that following Monday. I brought my trade in and we made a deal and I was off in my new ride :) Very easy going, laid back atmosphere and no hard sell tactics.
