Josh Stillian worked closely with me in person and on the phone to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He worked around my schedule and didn’t pressure me. Josh was knowledgeable and extremely personable. The manager I spoke with, Jace, was attentive, efficient, and polite. Overall it was a very positive experience, and I would happily recommend Zeck. That being said I’m glad I financed through my bank since it kept my interaction with the finance manager as brief as possible. More

Poor service I was extremely unhappy with my experience at this dealership on all levels and would not recommend buying a car here. Where to begin.....? On my f I was extremely unhappy with my experience at this dealership on all levels and would not recommend buying a car here. Where to begin.....? On my first visit here I was looking to buy a used car. I needed to be somewhere that afternoon and stated my need to leave at a certain time - which was disregarded during the drawn out process. The paperwork process for buying the car seemed incredibly drawn out and disorganized. The finance guy was a bully and put heavy pressure on me to purchase add-ons that I was upfront about not wanting. Upon buying my car I was promised a car detail (the car was dirty inside and out), which was scheduled along with a safety recall. The entire scheduling process for this was disorganized. I kept getting email notifications for the wrong dates and times. When I called to clear it up, no one seemed to know the answer and kept passing the buck. This was frustrating and took time out of my day to resolve. I dropped off my car for the service (which is an hour from my work). The turn around was supposed to be 1 day. I didn't receive a phone call after 24 hours so I called the dealership. They said my car was ready. I asked if everything had been done, they said yes, so I went to pick it up. I get my car and it was still as dirty as when I brought it in. IT HADN'T EVEN BEEN WASHED. So I went back into the service department and the manager says "yeah, I noticed that. They definitely didn't do the detail". If you noticed it, why did you give me my car without saying anything? And why did you say it had been done when it hadn't? That doesn't seem like service to me. Needless to say, I was pretty unhappy with the "service". I asked how long it would take to get the detail done and the manager said at least 2 hours, which I couldn't stick around for. They worked it out that someone drove to my work to pick up my car the following week to take it to get detailed, which was courteous. However, when the car was brought back, THE ONLY THING THAT HAD BEEN DONE WAS THAT MY CARPET HAD BEEN VACUUMED. THE CAR STILL HAD NOT BEEN WASHED! Nothing had been cleaned on the interior or exterior besides the carpet vacuum. Even though I didn't have to drive to the dealership, I still paid for the gas (2 hours worth of driving, in addition to the first attempt that didn't pan out) to have next to nothing done. It is completely unacceptable and I will not be going back to this dealership nor recommending it to anyone. More
Crème de la crème of dealerships. Was referred to Zeck by a friend who bought his F150 here a few years back. I called ahead to ask if an appointment was needed or advised, and Whitne Was referred to Zeck by a friend who bought his F150 here a few years back. I called ahead to ask if an appointment was needed or advised, and Whitney (receptionist) recommended at least calling 30 minutes ahead of arrival. Was set up with Josh Stillian as my sales person, and he did a great job of listening to what I was interested in and did not waste any time trying to upsell or tack on anything I didn't state that I wanted or would consider. We test drove one of the few trucks that I was interested in, Zeck offered a fair trade-in allowance on my previous vehicle, and I walked out a few hours after entering with a slightly used F150. In previous experiences, the Finance associate would try to cram unnecessary extended warranty packages down my throat, and Ryan Banks at Zeck did not do any of that. He presented the different warranty packages, mentioned they could be split apart to only include certain pieces, and then let me make the decision on my own. At no point during this entire process did I feel pressured into a decision. Zeck's website and inventory selection is second to none in the KC area, and I will be referring any of my friends and family who mention they are in the market for a new car to Zeck. Thank you Whitney, Josh, and Ryan for the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. More
