Miserable There were several things that all went into making it a poor experience. The dealership was cluttered and chaotic. People were everywhere but no o There were several things that all went into making it a poor experience. The dealership was cluttered and chaotic. People were everywhere but no one was available to help and the rep I scheduled a meeting with was 15 minutes late and had to be pages/called by several people before showing up. The schedule is on the television screen with my name and the time. How hard is it to meet that schedule? The sales rep seemed disinterested. This could have been due to the no commission based sales policy. However I felt like it didn’t really matter to him whether I bought the car or not. The sales rep assigned to me was also working with another couple so I was made to wait for a long time at a place 90 miles from where I lived. I spent a total of 6 hours at the dealership and maybe 2 of those hours I was actually working with the sales rep or finance rep. The other 4 I was sitting at a table with my free bottle of water. This entire time I was able to watch several reps and managers just sitting or standing with nothing to do and talking to eachother. The price was set. I much prefer the autonomy of a sales team to bargain with the customer. It is a more enjoyable experience and allows me to look at cars within my budget and work with the team on finding a price that is best. With the price set like it was, I could have just purchased a car online and not even bothered coming in. There was and still is some buffing compound under the hood of my car. The fact that it was played off as a joke when I brought up my concern is a little alarming. It was said that the team sometimes forgets and must have left it under the hood when they closed it. What else does the team forget about? Where is the quality control? Did they tighten all the screws in the car or is my engine block going to fall out in a few miles? That is a major concern. I am purchasing a vehicle that is not cheap. The only reason I still bought it is because I purchased the extended warranty to cover in case your team did forget about something more important than buffing compound. A $500 titling gee. I’ve purchased several vehicles without ever having a titling fee this expensive. Maybe you should include that on the price before I drive 90 miles to go see the vehicle. The gas tank was empty. I had to fill up as soon as I left the dealership because my tank was empty. Who does that to a customer? It was very disappointing. Overall I was disappointed and I will most likely not recommend your dealership to anyone. I have already had friends and family ask me about the experience. I do plan on writing online reviews as well. Maybe I am just one out of 100 customers with this experience but I am still a customer. Having worked in customer service myself I can see that your dealership doesn’t really care about much and I am surprised that you even exist. More

Car selling scam I bought a car near the end of the month, on the 27th. 4 days later, I called the sales person and told him of all the problems it had. They couldn't get it in until the 11th. I dropped it off and told them I was going out of town, they could keep it until I returned. Now, as of the 18th, my car has not been looked at and they don't know when they will. They did call me to pick up the title, which was nice but... with what?? My daughter's scooter? So, in 21 days of owning a vehicle from them. Recognized problems day 1, called concerned day 4, long wait for service appointment day 14, still no car day 21. Payment is higher then I said budget could afford, bullied into running my credit after I told them I already had approval, too long and drawn out process for paperwork with a pre-approval. I knew I should have gone to tried and true dealership, but I wanted a hybrid. They had a good deal. The trick to saving all that money on gas, they sell you a lemon and don't fix it. So then you have to rent a car 21 days after purchase, to get to work, to make the first payment on a car you don't have, all because you bought one from Zeck's. Don't have the same regrets... I want my trade-in back. More

They gave me a fantastic deal on my car and I absolutely love it. They replaced the battery for me before I even got there because it wasn't running right when they first checked it. I couldn't ask for a better sales experience. If Payton is still there when I need my next vehicle I definitely know where I'm going! Also Fran the sales manager was awesome to work with. He was very nice and friendly and had no problems at all. The finance guy was awesome as well. We were in and out right away. It was one of the best car buying experiences ever! More

He understands the process of buying a new car and my dad and I put him to the test, but he responded very well and very quickly and knowledgeably. Overall the experience with Zeck was great! Only thing. Was the wait time was a little long, but that was expected as they were pretty busy. All in all great friendly staff and great prices and service as well! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car! We drove from hays and it was well worth it More

He was checking everything in the vehicle with us to make sure it was working correctly and made sure things got fixed that we inquired about. Paperwork was easy to complete too. JT's co-workers also spoke highly of him when I came in to pick up our vehicle and he couldn't help me immediately due to helping another customer. He did a wonderful job helping us purchase our truck which we are like little kids with a new toy. WE LOVE OUR TRUCK!!!! NO BUYERS REMORSE!!!!!!! Keep up the GREAT WORK, JT and Zeck Ford......
