Low stress car buying I actually came to Zeck on a whim, after a frustrating experience with another dealer. I let Mike know what I was dealing with at the other dealership I actually came to Zeck on a whim, after a frustrating experience with another dealer. I let Mike know what I was dealing with at the other dealership. We looked over the cars that were available, and we test drove the one I was interested in. I let him know that I had to bring my wife to finalize anything, and that I still had to resolve an issue with the other dealer. He said it was no problem, and that they'd be getting the car and the financing ready in case we came back. Later that day I came back with my wife, and we worked through financing, and everything was smooth and low stress. No pushy sales pitches, just more of a relaxed conversation to get us the things we wanted/needed. They let us know what warranty options were available, but there was no pressure to add anything we didn't want. It was just informative.
