The Way Car Buying Should Be I recently traded in my current F-150 Lariat and purchased a newer model at Zeck Ford in Leavenworth. My salesperson, James Johnson, was very attentiv I recently traded in my current F-150 Lariat and purchased a newer model at Zeck Ford in Leavenworth. My salesperson, James Johnson, was very attentive, honest and instrumental in making the transaction smooth and effortless. The general manager, Jace Grabouski, was very much the same and gave me a very fair value for my trade-in. I finalized the process with Finance Manager, Adam Fanning and much like James and Jace, he was a pleasure to work with. He thoroughly explained additional coverages I could purchased as well as the benefits he saw in each, but at no time did he make me feel pressured or forced to buy. In review, the simplest way to describe my experience at Zeck Ford would be EFFORTLESS and WELL ABOVE AVERAGE. In working with three different people, each with many of the same “customer-first” characteristics, it is clear that the culture at Zeck Ford is one that prioritizes honesty, transparency and the customer...THIS IS THE WAY BUYING A CAR SHOULD BE!
