Excellent, no pressure experience! Reviewing Cars.com, I saw that Zeck Ford had the exact vehicle I wanted, that was substantially priced less than similarly equipped vehicles. Travis, Reviewing Cars.com, I saw that Zeck Ford had the exact vehicle I wanted, that was substantially priced less than similarly equipped vehicles. Travis, the sales consultant, explained Zeck's no pressure sales process and showed the vehicle and all the prior service records and Carfax/Auto check records on it. There were a couple of things that needed to be corrected on the vehicle before we signed, which were taken care of quickly without question! A great atmosphere to buy a car without all the old school bullcrap! More

We bought 2 on the same day! Worth the drive. My husband found the Ford F 150 he had been looking for and I fell in love with an Explorer. We debated and pondered and bought them both. Kyle Anderson was very helpful and gave us space to discuss and digest purchasing 2 vehicles at the same time. We had been to at least 8 other dealerships and internet searched for weeks prior to making our purchase. I saw the Explorer with low miles and all the bells and whistles on the internet. It was thousands cheaper at Zeck Ford than I saw any place else. Zeck had more Explorers in my my price range then any other dealer I researched. Both vehicles are very nice and the experience was truly no pressure, only information. Kyle Anderson, our personal shopper (what Zeck calls their sales people) was really a personal shopper for us. He did not try to talk us in to purchasing anything we didn't want and was very patient with us. He went over the CarFax with us and was forthright with any past problems and repairs on all of the vehicles we were interested in to help us make an informed decision about our purchase. We stopped in on Thursday without an appointment and we were helped right away. When I went back Friday to drop off my title on my previous Explorer, they were super busy. Kyle still found time to assist me. If you are driving a long distance or are going on the weekend, I would recommend making an appointment. This is a very busy dealership. It was an hours drive for us, but we found the vehicles we wanted, had great customer service and had no pressure with our purchase from Kyle. Just the "no pressure part" is such a blessing to a car buyer. I will definitely go back to Zeck Ford and I recommend Kyle Anderson as your "personal shopper". More
