Awesome buying experience! Mike A. Was just great. He was courteous and attentive. I test drove the new Mustang over my lunch hour, and had two emails and one text from Mike Mike A. Was just great. Relaxing and comfortable. I am from St Joseph, Mo and my wife and I were hesitate of going out of state for a truck. When we walked in we were greeted and put with a Sales Rep I am from St Joseph, Mo and my wife and I were hesitate of going out of state for a truck. When we walked in we were greeted and put with a Sales Rep in 30 seconds! Hunter was awesome. He told us everything straight forward and right from the beginning. If I had any questions or concerns he addressed them and figured them out right away. Zeck Ford gets 10 stars from me. More

I was taken care of very, very well and my sales consultant, Steve, went above and beyond to make sure I went home with a car I really loved. When it didn't work out to proceed with a car that I was hoping to buy, he had another car in mind for me that he thought I would love even more, after that first car fell through. And he was right - I bought it that day and I am so in love with it! I was also able to meet and talk with several other staff at Zeck and everyone is so kind and helpful and easy to talk to. They made my FIRST car buying experience a fantastic one!!! More

Great used car sales experience We bought a used Ford Explorer, and our salesperson, Mike Amaral, did a great job. He helped us decide between the vehicle we bought and another that We bought a used Ford Explorer, and our salesperson, Mike Amaral, did a great job. He helped us decide between the vehicle we bought and another that we had considered from another Ford dealer in the area. He had previous experience in another area of the dealership, and that helped in the process. We live about 40 minutes away from this dealer and traded in two vehicles, and Mike made an extra effort to speed up the process and reduce our trips to Leavenworth. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful, including Adam Fanning, their finance manager, who worked with us as we moved funds from another account to our checking account to complete the purchase. We're extremely happy with our Explorer, and we highly recommend Zeck Ford and Mike Amaral. More
