From the moment we walked in the door, everybody was amazing! I was thankful that we had an appointment because there were people everywhere. We had told them in advance of the two vehicles we were interested in and they had both of them outside the door ready for us to test drive. Very high volume dealership. We worked with Nino Williams and he was amazing. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable on both of the trucks we wanted to test drive. He guided us to the finance department and that was painless. Was offered additional offers; however, we were not pressured to purchase additional services. We would recommend this dealership and Nino to everyone! GO CATS!!!! More

Though I had made a list of used cars to look at, a new car caught my eye and I ending up going with it for a number of reasons: looks, equipment, driving fun and last but not least, price. Cliff, my personal shopper explained how interest rate and rebate could get me in the new car for the same range of payments as one of the used cars. He was right! It was almost a no-brainer. Jeremiah in finance clearly and patiently explained cost and coverage of different extended warranties and Alexis really knew and could explain how the tech worked. No doubt the experience was a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. More

Like buying a car from a family friend- Zeck gives you the going rate for the car you want, then discounts several thousand dollars (4k in my case), and that was the final price. My sales agent was Rick Mears, and he was as genuine and up-front as I'd hope a family friend would be. It was late in the day when I arrived... I called that morning for an appointment, they sent me a text to confirm, obviously saved that car all day for me, then in rush-hour traffic I drove over an hour, making a few wrong turns (my mistake) and when I arrived they graciously received me in spite of myself and the late hour. They gave me a thorough history of the vehicle, then let me try it out on a windy country road... the perfect test for handling. I already knew the car I wanted, but they gave me the freedom to back out. In years past the dreaded moment is when the financing agent puts me in thumbscrews... not their guy. Mike Gardner was like Mears... a genuine guy, dedicated to my good experience. I would definitely recommend Zeck to my friends and I'd certainly drive an hour out of my way to buy another vehicle there! More
