The car we wanted had an issue, he got it to the service department, after some time, figured out what it needed, and they said it will take a day or two to fix. We asked if they have a loaner we could borrow, he said of course, got us a nice Fusion. When our new vehicle is ready , they will bring to me and take the loaner. I don't even have to take my time to go back and get it! The only thing that was a draw back is Mike Gardner was pushy about wanting us to buy the extended warranty. He wouldn't take my husband saying no. But we didn't. Otherwise, the visit was to our liking and will recommend to others! More

I expressed interest in a couple of vehi This was my second vehicle purchase from Zeck Ford, and once again, I received unparalleled customer service. I expressed interest in a couple of vehicles online and received a call from Kenyatta Bradley, almost instantly. I mentioned that I wasn’t ready to test drive vehicles yet but was just browsing. She gave me some space and simply emailed me her contact info. She called back in about a week and at that point I was ready to test drive the 2017 Ford Escape I’d spotted online. Kenyatta was flexible and allowed me to come in for an appointment when it was easy for me. Most of all, I really appreciated not feeling pushed into it. When I arrived, as always, I was greeted by many friendly faces, one of which was Cliff Henry’s. Cliff really tailored the experience to my needs, listening first to my financing concerns before I got too attached to the vehicle. Cliff knew the vehicle inside and out—from the drive train to the engine and body of the vehicle, to the interior bells and whistles. Not only did he know the specs on this vehicle, but he also knew the different features that came with each trim as well as their price points. When I was sure this was the vehicle for me, I was in a hurry to make it mine so I could cease charges on my rental vehicle. A financial hiccup on my end threatened to slow down the process tremendously, but Cliff worked around the clock, even coming in on his day off to expedite the process. On the day I took home the vehicle, Cliff took the time to teach me how to sync my phone to the car via bluetooth, so now I’m streaming music and talking on my phone, hands free. I’m not the least bit tech savvy and would never have known about those features had Cliff not made it a point to teach me. Cliff made this another phenomenal experience at Zeck Ford and I am very happy with my vehicle. I also want to say what a pleasant experience I had in the finance department. Brandon Abernathy lead me through the process and diligently explained all of my options. This was the first “newer” vehicle that I’ve purchased, so I wasn’t sure which warranties would benefit me the most. Brandon took me through some scenarios that led me to make the right choices for me, based on my budget and how much driving I’m planning on doing. He even helped me with the GAP insurance claim from my previous vehicle, and I can’t thank him enough. Other integral parts of the Zeck Ford team that helped make this an unforgettable experience by simply being friendly and helpful, are Jace Grabouski, Hunter Martin, and Cole. There were other dealers who reached out to me while I was car shopping, but none were as down to earth, as personable, or as knowledgable as Cliff and his teammates at Zeck Ford. More

Nino sat down and explained how they did things (which is quite different than any dealership I have been to before). I had already found a vehicle from their website and had printed out the sheet. He got my information on my trade while they brought up the vehicle. He also brought up the carfax, autotrader, and what they did to the vehicle to show us what has been done to it. Very transparent on the paper work (we got a copy of it as well). Test drove it while they looked at my trade. Came back and did some slight adjustment on what they were offering my trade in. While we waited for our paper work to get done for my new vehicle, Nino was consistently checking in with us to let us know where they were with it. Once the paper work was signed they had another person do one more look over on the vehicle I was getting to make sure nothing was wrong with it. Everyone and not just our salesman was great and would strongly recommend them. More
