DON"T GO THERE I have been looking on the internet for a Transit Van with specific specifications. I found an exact match at Zeck Ford in Levenworth Kansas. A youn I have been looking on the internet for a Transit Van with specific specifications. I found an exact match at Zeck Ford in Levenworth Kansas. A young man names Mike Amaral called and texted me about the selection of vans he had available. I told Mike I would be there eigther Friday or Saturday depending on which day I had more time. The location of this dealership is five hours from my home. Bob and I arrived at the dealership, the receptionist was very nice and told Mike that we were there. After 20 min or so she called again. Ten minutes later someone called her and requested our last name. Could this have been the elusive Mike? We do not know because thirty Minutes later we gave up and left the dealership to start our FIVE HOUR treck back home. I think an hour is long enough to wait at any dealership, especially when you are there to buy a car. The real topper is that he left a voice mail on my phone 45 minutes after we left the dealership wanting to know if we were coming in over the weekend. I called back to tell him we would never be back but he did not answer and his voice mail was full. Beware of this dealership....they do not care about their customers. Great experience! My husband and I worked with Tank, and he did an awesome job. We had our two daughters with us, and he got them popcorn and even set them up with cray My husband and I worked with Tank, and he did an awesome job. We had our two daughters with us, and he got them popcorn and even set them up with crayons and a coloring book! He understood right away what we were asking for and helped us sort through our options. We were able to find exactly what we wanted, but it was going to need a couple of days to get ready. Tank, knowing our second car was totaled, got us set up with a loaner until our new car was ready! We really appreciate him going above and beyond to help us out! Cameron in financing was also great! He was able to get us a fantastic rate and our payment right where we needed it to be! More
