The worse experience I’ve ever encountered when trying to purchase a car. So many red flags at this dealership, I should have walked right back out the door to begin with. 1. When my husband and I came in, purchase a car. So many red flags at this dealership, I should have walked right back out the door to begin with. 1. When my husband and I came in, sat with Craig, we showed him the two cars we were interested in. He proceeded to search the cars on his computer, confirmed they had them and advised us he was going to pull the cars around for us to begin test driving etc. Craig took an hour looking for the cars, returned multiple times inside the dealership advising he could not find the cars and needed help. Another sales rep had to assist him in locating the cars on the lot. 2. After an hr of searching, located one car ready and able to test drive. Next issue, spent another 45mins looking for the key to the car. Craig could not locate the keys to the car, and this was very time consuming. (Hence, we were in the dealership my now 2 hours just spent looking for the cars and now keys to test drive). We also had three kids inside the dealership along with us getting anxious. 3. Once finally locating the keys, the key fob was dead and would not start the car. Nick came to assist Craig, using YouTube to figure out how to start the car since the fob was dead. This took an additional 15-20 mins. After Nick found the solution, we were finally able to test drive the vehicle. 4. Test drive went smooth. Came inside dealership to handle all necessary paperwork with Craig and Nino assisted. Placed a deposit on the car and was instructed by Nino and Craig, car will be ready for pickup this evening. Come back after our sons football game to pickup vehicle same day. 5. Returned 3 hours later to provide our check and pickup the vehicle, only to be advised that the vehicle not only ready for pickup, the brakes and rotors are bad so we couldn’t leave with the vehicle today because they had to fix them. Now I have 3 issues with the statement above. 1. My family and I drove over an hour away to retrieve a vehicle from your establishment. This could have been a phone call from management to us if there was an issue with the vehicle. 2. My husband and kids all test drove in the vehicle this morning. If the brakes and rotors are bad, that’s an accident waiting to happen. Why would your establishment allow my entire family to take a vehicle that is not drive-ready for the streets to test drive? 3. My husband and I was alerted on the brakes and rotor issue after the test drive was completed, all the paperwork have been submitted and a deposit was placed. If your company’s motto is “transparency” this is something that would have been brought up in the beginning of the deal. So after coming back to pickup our vehicle, and we were alerted the brakes and rotors were bad, I was so displeased with the service and how they never informed us of the car issue. They gave me my deposit back and we left. Do not recommend. Worse service and they are not transparent about their vehicles. More
