Didn't know that was the car I wanted! If you want to do most the work yourself I did a lot of research on what I wanted before I even set foot on the ground. There were a lot of employees talking to each other having a good time. I did a lot of research on what I wanted before I even set foot on the ground. There were a lot of employees talking to each other having a good time. I explained my situation as I'm alone and was trying to see about trading in at least one vehicle, was looking at two. I got low balled in both but what are you going to do? I needed help getting vehicles there, had money ready and yet it seemed like my associate wasn't super interested in selling me my truck. It seems they don't work on commission so their willingness to be motivated to make the sell is pretty low. I've never purchased a new vehicle before but I've seen it done. Getting my vehicles there and getting what I wanted was a lot more time consuming than it needed to be. I did all the hard work, all I needed was help getting vehicles there, and whatever paperwork I couldn't do alone. I guess he (Grant) was nice enough, but for the amount of money I was spending and knowing what I wanted, it would have been nice to be treated like a customer they want to serve. The individual I worked with for financing is as kind and I enjoyed working with him, but he was the shortest portion of my sale. I found my vehicle, put down a down payment and had to wait for my associate to come back on Friday to close my deal. The money I put down for a hold didn't get applied to the bottom line so I had to wait to get it deposited back. Frankly it wasn't a great experience and I hope I don't have to get a new vehicle for some time. If my previous ownership history is anything to go by I'll be good for at least 20 years. The reason I give a 3 star is because the truck I found I love, and it was specific to this dealer. If you want a newer Ford with fairly good prices, this place is really the strongest contender for your business. I never noticed just how many people have bought cars there until adter and I see the specialized "Z" plate. More

4th Vehicle from Zeck! Mike Amaral helped us buy a Ford Edge back in March when we found out we were expecting our little girl. Fast forward 6 months later and our vehicle w Mike Amaral helped us buy a Ford Edge back in March when we found out we were expecting our little girl. Fast forward 6 months later and our vehicle was involved in a wreck caused by a stolen vehicle that was maneuvered into our parked Edge and totaled it. We immediately started looking for a replacement, since we loved that vehicle! Mike helped us again and kept things moving quickly since the baby will be here soon!
