Best experience buying a vehicle ever. We found the vehicle on Autotrader after searching since the first of the year. My first contact was with Kenyatta who confirmed the vehicle was stil We found the vehicle on Autotrader after searching since the first of the year. My first contact was with Kenyatta who confirmed the vehicle was still available. We exchanged several emails all promptly address by Kenyatta. One time when she had left for the day, Whitney Pakenham promptly answered a question on finance so Zeck did their best to keep me informed. I put money down on the car. At that point Richard O'Donnell was assigned as our salesman and promptly contacted me. I planned on trading in car so we were driving it up to Zeck to trade. I had maintained the vehicle but because it had 217,000 miles I thought I should get a lower mileage care. I had with me all the maintenance records. In Emporia, Ks the car broke down and we were stranded on the shoulder of I35 126 miles from Zeck. We were able to have the car towed to Zeck by Flint Towing and dropped the car off at the hotel. I called them first thing in the morning and they dispatched Frank to pick us up. Frank told us when they informed him he would need to pick us up he initially thought we were at the airport where does most of his pickups but when he was told our car broke down in Emporai he thought he was driving there. I am sure he was pleased that we were at the Levenworth Fairfield Inn. Richard met at Zeck and started the process of the sale. He came in even though it was his day off. We test drove the car, agreed to the purchase, Richard took some information, and arranged for us to go to finance. Richard was super nice and answered all my questions and provided me with copies of any document I requested. He then asked a to wait for a short time for finance and it was a short time (we had to wait at a local dealer for finance and it took him so long to get to us we were literally at the elevator to leave when he came out). We met Brandon A (I'm not sure of his name) who was very efficient and good salesman as I bought an extended warranty and other after market products which I had planed on skipping. When we were finished we were met by Ryan O'Donnell who said he was taking over for Richard who needed to go home (for a very good reason as he takes care of his 2 year old). Ryan needed to get the car ready for delivery at which point I asked about the cover for the rear storage area. He said he would look for one and would send it to me. After another short wait a young lady (forgot her name) called us and gave us our keys; then escorted us to the car where Ryan was waiting. He went over the features of the Edge, we took a photo, stopped briefly at our old car (yes they did give me some on the trade-in even though the car was not operation and it seemed to be a big cost problem) to get some of our personal belongings we didn't take to the hotel. We then returned to Houston. Once we got back Richard and Ryan both sent an email telling me to contact them if we had any problems (Yesterday I sent a few questions to Ryan so I can't comment on the follow-up). The following week after our purchased Hailey McCaully sent an email to say the title and other paperwork was ready and to call to arrange delivery. After finding that I was in Houston she sent it by overnight delivery. A few days later she again to make sure I got it. Then a few days later Jace Grabouski contacted my by email to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and also to say if I have any questions to please contact him. I do not think I missed anyone but I will say every person I dealt with directly was friendly, helpful, and committed to addressing my requests. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Zeck. More
