When we enter the building we were offered refreshments and directed to our Personal Car Shopper, Jacob. We had an appointment for the test drive and while we waited for the car to be brought up, we got to know Jacob a little better. Right out of the gate you could tell this young man had his act together. Extremely polite, professional and advised us right up front he was a non-commissioned Shopper. I could type for a considerable amount of time to tell you how good our experience was, but suffice to say, if all the Personal Car Shoppers have the good nature, professional demeanor and caring attitude displayed by Jacob, Zeck Ford will have no issues in selling vehicles, regardless of the economic times.
