Patient! That is what comes to mind when I think of my experience at Zeck Ford. I worked with the fabulous Mike Amaral and am happy with our transaction. I had been looking for 3 weeks after my last ford explorer was totalled. Zeck ford had a huge selection. Went to look and found the one I wanted. I like it even better than my last one. Hunter Martin explorer was totalled. Zeck ford had a huge selection. Went to look and found the one I wanted. I like it even better than my last one. Hunter Martin was totally patient and kind with us. He did not BS and did what he said. I would recommend him highly. Brandon in finance was also totally wonderful. Whitney was great to work with on the internet. Ellie was great closing the sale and delivering the vehicle. Both deserve a 10 on a 10 point scale. However the dealer ship showed no respect for their custome great closing the sale and delivering the vehicle. Both deserve a 10 on a 10 point scale. However the dealer ship showed no respect for their customers during the current Covid 19 pandemic. None of the salespeople were wearing masks. Masks are to protect others. In this case others are their customers. My wife and I were very uncomfortable in their building.Had we just been shopping for a vehicle rather than previously agreed to purchase one with Tiffany we would have turned and run.Management should correct this. Ellie did wear a mask the entire time she worked with us. Thanks again Ellie and Whitney More

The customer service was very good. The problem I have is the car was not as advertised. The internet posting said the car included cruise control which it does not have. Being unfamiliar with this auto when the car was not as advertised. The internet posting said the car included cruise control which it does not have. Being unfamiliar with this auto when I test drove it my main concern was not on all the "bells and whistles" but how it drove. Needless to say I purchased the auto and didn't realize this until after I had gotten home. My bad. Hopefully this can be rectified. More

Wally Judge was just great. after the dealership misrepresented a key feature I was looking for. Mr. Judge was zealous in showing me a variety of vehicles to satisfy me. Wally Judge was the best, misrepresented a key feature I was looking for. Mr. Judge was zealous in showing me a variety of vehicles to satisfy me. Wally Judge was the best, knowledgeable and honest. My 3 beefs were with the company not Mr.Judge at all. 1. Coming from Raytown to Levenworth to find the vehicle I wanted wasn’t as advertised. 2. I was clear that if they were to get the vehicle I wanted with the features I wanted we could trade. 2days later the vehicle came in. The sales manager said it would be to much work. (Dick Move) 3. I had secured my own financing and declined there’s to avoid a credit report inquiry. An inquiry/hit was made anyway. I recommend Zeck and definitely Wally Judge. More
