We recently bought a used truck from Zeck. Our first experience and it was overall a pretty good one. I think buying a car is one of the most painful experiences. It's all the hassle back and forth, a experience and it was overall a pretty good one. I think buying a car is one of the most painful experiences. It's all the hassle back and forth, a better part of a day just sitting and waiting. But this wasn't too bad. Ellie, our sales gal was really good. She was straight forward, answered our questions and if she didn't know the answer, she found it. During the process there were some white spots on some plastic areas of the truck. She indicated they would be removed when the truck was detailed. When we were ready to leave in the truck, I noticed the spots were still there. I pointed it out. The dealership was closed by this point, but she said she'd check with her boss in the morning to see what they could do and she would make it right. She called the next morning and we made an appointment to bring it in to get the spots removed. They gave my husband a loaner to get back home. He picked it up later that day and spots were all gone. We truly appreciated the follow through. So many times once the sale is done, it's done. Not with Ellie. She made sure we were happy and because of that, Zeck will be first on our list for our next Ford. Thanks! More

I went to a different dealership and drove the same year/model car that I bought from you. I test drove that vehicle and the car was stalling and had a shake to it. when we got back to the dealership year/model car that I bought from you. Instead of saying that he would have the service department look at the car he wanted me to come in and talk with the manager about reducing the price a bit. No way. When we test drove the car with Ellie she noticed the check engine light on and immediately said she would have the service department look at it. She kept us informed about what they said and tried her best to make sure that we are going to get a quality vehicle with no problems. It is refreshing to work with someone selling cars that is not pushy just trying to get the sale. Would I buy another car from her? Absolutely! Would I recommend your dealership to someone looking for a car. Absolutely, but I would definitely tell them to ask for Ellie. I am almost 70 and my husband is 75. Needless to say we have dealt with a lot of car sales people in our lives. And both of us agree that we had the most pleasant experience with this purchase that we've ever had. We went to Zeck Ford after a a really bad experience at Victory Ford. I bought a used car at Zeck Ford a couple of years ago and their service is great. We had a known engine issue with one and they are fixing after they told us to keep driving it while we wait for a replacement engine and the engine overheated and left us stranded on the roadside. I asked about the other and Victory Ford said it’s going to have the same problem but hopefully it happens after 60,000 miles. That is when the factory warranty expires. Do Not go to Victory Ford. Go to Zeck Ford the dealership does make a difference especially with service. Zeck Ford is the best sales and service Ford dealership in the KC metropolitan area. More
