I called on Saturday to have the USB ports on the media player fixed. I had trouble with this before. A lot of things were tried previously, including replacing the radio. When I brought the vehicle in on Monday, the girl behind the glass could hardly be heard. I asked for repeats and she finally got my name and other info. I waited in the customer service area and about an hour later, she came and said the repairs were done. She then gave me a sheet that stated they had fixed the phone connection. I then told her that was not what I brought the vehicle in for. She then gave me a bill for over $80, with no explanation for this. I told her that I had never used the phone in the vehicle. I told her I brought it in to have the media USB ports fixed. I paid it and finally got my keys and left. If this is what Chrysler does with warranty work, it will be the last time that I use them for service. I don't plan on going back to pay for warranty work. More
