Chilson came through in an emergency I needed to run some errands on Friday morning and my Chrysler Sebring started just fine in my garage. After I had driven for at least 45 minutes I h I needed to run some errands on Friday morning and my Chrysler Sebring started just fine in my garage. After I had driven for at least 45 minutes I headed to the grocery store.. When I tried to start my car there was nothing. I tried a couple more times and it didn't even turn over. I called AAA and they send someone who tried to jump it and also nothing. He called a tow truck and I called you to tell you that my car was being to towed in at approximately 10:45.. Kate took the call and said that when it got there they would check and see what was wrong. They did an oil change which had just be noted and installed a new battery. Kate called me within an hour and my car was ready by 3:30. I thought that the bill was very reasonable. More

Dealer and service are very good, explained a lot of the vehicles U connect problems. Very sad that Ram has been working on the U connect software since 2017 and still no permanent software fix. Try driving vehicles U connect problems. Very sad that Ram has been working on the U connect software since 2017 and still no permanent software fix. Try driving in Florida with panel out and 137degree air coming out of heater because control panel/screen was dead. Brand new 2020 with 4500miles. Dealer got it working after 2 tries/appointment. Could not tell me how long the reboot would last. Ram supposed to come out with fix in first quarter of 2020(maybe). Two more times and I will put in for Wisconsin Lemon Law More
