SERVICE VISIT

Came in for an oil change and check rear passenger tire as it was low twice in the last week. Did oil change but didn’t fix nail in tire. Showed the leak on inspection video but didn’t fix tire. Called aft as it was low twice in the last week. Did oil change but didn’t fix nail in tire. Showed the leak on inspection video but didn’t fix tire. Called afterwards and dealer rep said we recommended 4 new tires soon. Not helpful. I drive about 25 minutes to get to you as I assumed dealer service was better, I could get an oil change a lot closer and less expensive. Not happy the tire wasn’t fixed and the poor excuse for not fixing it. The tire was on the work order and I reminded the rep at check in about it. Now I wasted a morning and still have to go somewhere to get my tire fixed. More
