Sales rep was helpful. Trade in was much lower than expected, but usually is. Overall I hope the car doesn't have any hidden problems. Selection of used cars was easier to access than other dealers. I like that they were all out front and priced. Some dealerships don't make it easy to look for a used car. The Morris Service Dept. was efficient at resolving my issues and dealing with the poor response from my Ford Protect Extended Warranty contacts.
