Went to this dealership to sell our 2003 pilot, and consider a new pilot. We were in the dealership for 3 hours on a saturday to sell the car. Were told that there were not two check signers in the b consider a new pilot. We were in the dealership for 3 hours on a saturday to sell the car. Were told that there were not two check signers in the building so we could pick up the check on Monday. When I went on Monday to get the check, was told that the sales rep did not fill in the paperwork correctly, so the check was not ready. On tuesday I called to see if the check was ready, sales rep was gone, used car manager said the check was not done, he would be sure to have it there on Wednesday. On Wednesday when I arrived, they could not find the check, and now said they sent it in that morning's mail. The ads claiming to have you done in 30 minutes to buy your car are false. When I told the sales rep what I wanted in the car, he told me it was not available the way I wanted it in that model. I had all ready researched this, and when the sales rep brought up the vehicle packages, oh boy I was right. It's disappointing to not be able to count on the sales rep knowledge to assist in finding a car. I hope the check for my car shows up soon. More
A very dishonest dealership, the salesman who claimed to not know about financing to the management staff who naturally played as though they were being unfairly judged. Dealer holdbacks, financing holdback not know about financing to the management staff who naturally played as though they were being unfairly judged. Dealer holdbacks, financing holdbacks, overpriced and worthless 3rd party warranties, all pieces of their shell game. They trash talk Russ Darrow in an effort to misdirect. Smoke and mirrors. Everyone knows Russ Darrow is not good, but Morries is in the same boat. Keep your cool, they will pressure, walk away and know that there are 1000’s of the same car out there and patience will pay off. Get your own financing prior and don’t buy any of the junk sold in the finance offices. Remember, they are not your friends. They merely want your money. More
Bought a 2016 Cadillac Escalade (45k vehicle) and I haven’t even had it for 6 months. after a complete inspection at another dealership (needed brakes already) I was told all my shocks and my air ride haven’t even had it for 6 months. after a complete inspection at another dealership (needed brakes already) I was told all my shocks and my air ride suspension were leaking/blown and that my front tires are worn down to the cords due to a misalignment. Looking at roughly $6,000 in repairs in less than half a year because they don’t inspect and repair. I WOULD NOT recommend buying from this dealership, there is clearly no inspection process on vehicles they bring in. They’re here to buy as cheap as they can and flip as fast as possible without any concern for safety of others. Avoid this company at all costs! More
Dishonest purposely. I am as serious as can be. These people treated me like a stupid girl who wasn't worthy of a reasonable interest rate or that I had no idea of how to buy a car. For one credit check people treated me like a stupid girl who wasn't worthy of a reasonable interest rate or that I had no idea of how to buy a car. For one credit check they put "9" inquires on my credit record in 2 minutes or less. I know the car sales game but these people were so disrespectful and then when I asked why they did it - they blamed me like I had it coming!! I was overwhelmed how they were able to be so interested to get me in there & then stab me in the back while Im sitting there. This is not about the dealership this is about people making the Choice to behave badly at the expense of the human being. Sad so really sad this goes on :( More
I have not bought many vehicles in my life but I have worked in customer service for decades. Morrie's Honda in West Bend provided us with great service. Our sales person Sam was very attentive. Ed and E worked in customer service for decades. Morrie's Honda in West Bend provided us with great service. Our sales person Sam was very attentive. Ed and Elvis were great on the financing end. While we only bought a 2008 Ford Escape they took care of us as though we were buying a new 2022 vehicle. The price we got was also a great one. The same vehicle two years newer with 80,000 more miles sold for $200 more at another dealership. We will visit Morrie's the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. More

Morrie's had one for sale, and we decided that If I could give -0- stars I would. My husband and I had been looking for a good used Jeep Wrangler. Morrie's had one for sale, and we decided that even though we live over 3 hours away, we would make the drive and purchase this Jeep. I was a bit nervous going into it sight-unseen, but Ryan (the saleswoman) told me that they have a very thorough inspection process and that she was confident that this Jeep was in good shape. That reassured me tremendously. Upon arrival in Wisconsin we took the Jeep for a test drive. Returning to the dealership and looking over the paperwork we noticed that during the inspection they had marked a box for a leak of some sort. When questioned about this we were told that the technician who had done the inspection was "their pickiest one", and that "if he marked that box, any other technician wouldn't have". So if there WAS a leak, it would be no big deal, very minor, part of buying a used car. We purchased the Jeep and returned home. Naturally, we took it in to our mechanic for an oil change and a general safety inspection. The results we got back were infuriating. We now have a $1300 repair bill because of Morrie's, and they refuse to take any responsibility for selling us something they obviously knew needed this much work. Our mechanic even found a bearing rolling around in our Jeep that didn't even belong to our Jeep! Explain how the pickiest technician at Morrie's missed that one? A few days later I received an email from Morries, wondering how the Jeep was doing and if we had any questions. I laid out my concerns and feeling of deep disappointment, and copied the GM, Brad. I never got a response to this email, so two days later my husband called them. He was told by Ryan that she would have the GM call my husband that day. We waited two more days (with no contact from anyone at Morries) before calling again. Oddly enough, they claimed that they "hadn't received my email" even though I REPLIED TO THE ONE SENT TO ME. My husband was told by Brad, the GM, that he would look into it and we would hear back from them within an hour. At the time of this review, he has yet to hear back. I've purchased many vehicles in my life, and have NEVER been treated this poorly by a dealership. My husband works in sales and I own a small business, so we understand what customer service looks like. Morrie's doesn't have it. Save your money, and shop elsewhere. More
