Lisa, we must stand by our findings on the tires. They need to be replaced. I would ask the shop that sold them to you to measure them in front of you if you just bought them as you stated. I am sorry you are upset with us. We must recommend tires if they are needed.

I realized that you rotated tires which I did not request so the new tires were now on the front. I hope that does not come off my free tire rotations that I have because All I requested was an oil change
