I started going to Morrie’s when I had an office in West Bend. The service is so great, that despite living 45 minutes away in Delafield, I still choose to have my car serviced there. Bend. I have purchased dozens of cars in my 57 years and have never dealt with a dealership like this. Ignored calls including calls made from the front door of dealership. Staff sitting by phones with no cust never dealt with a dealership like this. Ignored calls including calls made from the front door of dealership. Staff sitting by phones with no customers in building and no one answering the phone. Promises of date of delivery going past by weeks. Pricing of agreed to price increased later by hundreds of dollars. While they were nice enough to allow us a loaner car to use (which has a damaged tire that kept going flat) while my sons car sat in their lot for 8 days waiting for a Wisconsin safety inspection they said would take an couple hours. Once the car was finally safety inspected I didn’t receive a call. Only knew it was done because I happened to call up there again to follow up on status Difficult to believe anything anyone said during this whole process. The evening we picked up the car Ihad Habash was pleasant to deal with as was the finance guy who did title work on the car. If it wasn’t for my sons specific used car/trim/color he wanted we would have walked from this deal a long time ago. It was a disaster from start to finish. For a cash purchase this should not have been this hard More
