Management, Sales, Business Manager, Service, all excellent to work with. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that my new Ridgeline was not detailed well before delivery. By example only half of the windshield of the interior was clean. Film on the other half. Mirror on drivers side has residue on it that is very visible. I truly wonder if there was much done at all, as I went over everything once I got home. This needs attention. More

Very messy and was not told the truth the features my car has. Was told one thing when looking at the car and then something totally different when it came to going back with financial. Luckily they didn’t completley go back on what they said and to a point went with what I was initially told. Was told this car has features that I later found out it doesn’t which is really disappointing. Flat out asked if the car I got I was able to start my car and all that from my phone and he said yes with EX-L. Was also considering the touring and he basically told us the only difference is the sun roof and some extra plug ins. Very very disappointed with the service. Overall I do like the car, but honestly if told the truth with the extra features the touring has I may have gone that way. More
