The employees of the service department are very nice, that said with the past few appointments our experience has been a bit disappointing. We have experienced longer repair times with little update on when the vehicle will be ready as well as being bumped from our appointment time. We purchased an extended warranty at the time we purchased the vehicle from Morrie's and thought that by doing so all the warranty information would already be in our file but every time we go in they seem to have no idea we have the warranty and suggest we purchase one. I have had much better experiences from other dealerships and for our next purchase be going somewhere else. Employees are nice but overall experience just hasn't been good. More
