From low ball trade in value, zero negotiation on their prices; asked to have floor mats added to our new/ used purchase only to see in signing we were buying them. Bought car on Saturday, Monday call in at 8am right away to express that we have a few issues we have with vehicle that need addressing and repaired; instead of setting up service appointment we were told they needed to figure out which dealership would be covering the repairs. It took cussing and fighting to get Mark to do anything for us. Three repairs we had them fix were all things that should have been caught on inspection on their end. Month later we are wondering were our floor mats are that we bought, call and to be told they were never ordered. I will never recommend anyone to spend a dime here, wish we could go back in time and passed on buying from them. More

I had bought tires from them and had slow leaks in 3 of the 4 tires they mounted and now I can't get a time to have fixed and they tell me it's a walk in repair and everytime I get there I'm told they have the 4 tires they mounted and now I can't get a time to have fixed and they tell me it's a walk in repair and everytime I get there I'm told they have no time for me... what kind of shop are they once you pay them for a service and they don't satisfy what they sold you.. never going back More

My daughter took her truck in for a new ignition and keys to be programmed and her bill was over $600. They told her they charged $100 per hour for labor and that it was a standard rate even if they only worked on it part of that hour! I would NEVER recommend them for service on a vehicle. I hope this saves someone else the headaches we went through!! More

Friendly and helpful Neil was helpful and attentive to our needs in a farm pickup. We arrived from Decorah, Iowa in the morning and he had the pickup that we had looked at Neil was helpful and attentive to our needs in a farm pickup. We arrived from Decorah, Iowa in the morning and he had the pickup that we had looked at on the Sunday afternoon before ready and waiting for us. After visiting for awhile at his desk, he handed us the keys and my wife and I took a test drive. Upon our return, he went through the dash technology and more information about the truck in general. Neil was friendly, informative, and not pushy. We drove the truck home having had a good first experience at Brenengen Ford. More
