Tried to make a service appointment but the people answering the service line do not have a clue. Finally got an appointment but no one explained to me that this is not a service appointment it’s a “d answering the service line do not have a clue. Finally got an appointment but no one explained to me that this is not a service appointment it’s a “drop-off” appointment. What is that? You now need appointment to get an appointment! That doesn’t work. My vehicle was towed in the day before my “appointment” and then no service was performed on the day of my appointment. None called me confirm my vehicle was received either. I had to go visit the dealer to get an actual service appointment. Once that was done and I complained about this very cluncky double appointment process my car was fixed that same day. However, they told me that my new Ford Factory remanufactured transmission did not need to be flashed after all. Why wouldn’t I have been told this when I called to make the service appointment??? So that must be why the service was free??? None of this makes any sense. This dealership needs some real guidance on how to handle customers. More
