Our apologies for the delay. It appears this was a regular appointment to update software but the technology did not update as planned, so we had reached out to our Ford engineering team to help out. This is what took extra time. We had needed the time to get things running smoothly so of course we let you know, and thankfully ended up getting things finished without needing the vehicle overnight. Again, we are sorry for any inconvenience and for the jumbled communication. Thank you of course, for your business.
