Service that was insanely dedicated My 2010 Ford Fusion hybrid developed a problem at 92000 miles that had even the factory engineers scratching their heads. I had an optional extended My 2010 Ford Fusion hybrid developed a problem at 92000 miles that had even the factory engineers scratching their heads. I had an optional extended warranty agreement. Altogether it took 6 weeks of downtime to get it figured out and corrected. The car runs like a top now. During the "ordeal" I never lacked for an alternate car (rental or loaner), and Brian, the service manager who shepherded me through the process was saintly. They could have sold me another car -- I had a pre-authorized loan and was ready at times to throw in the towel. Instead, they fixed it, and I am back to getting 41 miles to the gallon. This dealership is the real deal. And Ford came through, too. More

lowball trade in and extra fees = not worth it!! we recently went to buy a used ford flex from this dealership. they really low ball you on your trade in and have extra fees that other dealerships do we recently went to buy a used ford flex from this dealership. they really low ball you on your trade in and have extra fees that other dealerships don't charge. we bought one from another dealership for a cheaper price, got a model year newer ford flex with better options, we got $500 more for our trade in and they didn't have the $400 marketing fee that this place charges. apparently they pride themselves on not budging at all which made it really easy for us to walk out and go somewhere else. I am very happy I did not buy a car here and will be telling my friends and family to avoid this place. the sales person actually tried to tell us that they lose money selling cars which really made me laugh. I saved over $1,200 and got a much better car by going somewhere else!! More

Because I had not purchased a car for many years, there were many things I needed to learn . Shaun explained things clearly, and even offered to give me assistance if I had questions after taking delivery of my car. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. More

The book calls for 7 hours at 100.00 per hour but what THE BOOK is missing are the short cuts that are many less hours. THREE days later my truck is off the back burner and finished the dealer and there BOOK will take advantage of you at this place bad business any way you look at it. Also cost us for a rental car thank god we rented it from someone else. More
