The service manager Tony does not listen when your talking. I told him of a main issue with my truck. Called me to say it was done and I said you fixed the main problem and forgot to ask his guys 3 ti talking. I told him of a main issue with my truck. Then on the 3rd time he said he had to charge me a other 140 to add it to my bill. He intern called me a lier and said what happened basically was my doing. He is a burned-out worker and treats customers like garbage. I will never go back to this dealership. I would give them 5 minus stars! Absolutely terrible service dept. Jon Wilson More
Took my car in for a coolant leak. These guys are charging $140 diagnosis fee per item, he told me if they find unrelated problems, they're just going to double their fee. Then they halfway diagnosed a few problems and quote near $2000 of work. I will get it fixed at a reputable shop for less than half that cost. Stay away from these swindlers. They're using a pandemic as an excuse to steal from people who don't know better. More

Wasn't happy with their service on a new vehicle bought from them with 2000 mi. would not repair under new car warranty. Was told that I would have to pay for it. Blamed Corrosion Free application did the from them with 2000 mi. would not repair under new car warranty. Was told that I would have to pay for it. Blamed Corrosion Free application did the damaged. Went back to rustproofing dealer and had it repair in 20 minutes, no charge. Will not buy or service any vehicle there. More

I would give them 0 stars if I could. We purchased a car from them in 2017. We tried to trade it in and found out it has structural damage that was NEVER disclosed to us. Now the car is worthless. A detail to it and still have overspray all over the back of my truck from the bedliner spray truck was dirty and I have to clean it up soon as I got home my next vehicle I purchased will be at Hub City cause they are working on a deal for me and sounds way better then courtesy Ford More

Price gouging and trickery I have bought, leased and sold many cars in my life and had decent to positive experiences at many local dealerships. However, my recent experience at I have bought, leased and sold many cars in my life and had decent to positive experiences at many local dealerships. However, my recent experience at Courtesy Ford was bar none the very worst experience I’ve ever had. I will never step foot into this business again for sales or service and plan to get the word out to as many people as I can about their unethical and perhaps even illegal practices. They claim “no haggle, lowest pricing” in their ads, and their prices seem good on the surface. However, when you get to the dealership and learn about their numerous and crazy fees and additional charges (some of which they cannot even explain to you), you will quickly find out that their prices are not that good. The miscellaneous and vaguely worded fees added up to $600-700 and still didn’t include tax, plates, etc. The worst part of my experience was financing. I asked them to use a specific financial institution because I knew about the good interest rate they were offering, which I should have easily qualified for with my credit rating. They agreed to do so but then did not disclose to me until I showed up to sign the final paperwork that I did not qualify for the interest rate being offered. The best rate they could get me, they claimed, was much higher and would have had a significant impact on my payments. The only “solution” they could offer me was to add 6-12 months to my loan in order to get the payment I wanted. (When I called the lender directly, I found out that I did, indeed, easily qualify for their lowest interest rate.) I’m sure they get a kickback from their lender by using this tactic all the time. I had also been pressured to leave a deposit the day before when I initially looked at the vehicle I wanted. They were very adamant about this, which is something I’d never experienced at a car dealership before, either. They are usually very accommodating about holding the car for a few hours or until the next day without a hassle. When I tried to cancel the transaction, they told me the down payment I made was non-refundable. Once they learned that I had figured out their financing scam and gouging tactics, their attitude turned sour toward me. If you decide to shop at Courtesy Ford, be aware of the unethical price gouging this dealership uses to make money. Where other dealers rely on good products and ethical, competent sales people, ironically, “Courtesy” Ford operates on shady, trick deals that are designed to benefit nobody by them while swindling unsuspecting customers. I don’t know how these people can sleep at night. More
