It seemed like every possible icon showed up on my dash on my way to work! I was hoping the car would not break down on 394! I had no choice, but to call and figure out the warranty/service details. The Morrie's Customer Rep who took my call was VERY patient, please commend her, as the only detail I could remember in my frustration was the make and model of my car. I was then met by John Ahnemann when I dropped my car off for service. He was patient and took the time to explain the process of the service appointment. He also put me at ease when he explained that the features of my rental car were much like that of my current car. I think this experience was great and John sold me on coming to Morrie's for my future car repairs! Thank you! More

The people I dealt with were courteous and prompt in evaluation my problem, getting me I needed some rather extensive warranty service on my 2015 WRX. The people I dealt with were courteous and prompt in evaluation my problem, getting me a loaner car and getting my car back to me. I gave 5 stars below for price as it was all covered under warranty - I don't know what it would have cost otherwise. More

Whew! I had purchased a WRX wagon from a different dealership. It initially had engine issues, so before I purchased it, it had a new block put in. At about I had purchased a WRX wagon from a different dealership. It initially had engine issues, so before I purchased it, it had a new block put in. At about the same mileage on the new block as the old one, it died again. Like total engine failure. I’m happy to say that Morries helped me deal with this and I’m lucky that the previous dealership had put lifetime limited drive train warranties on their used cars, and Morries made dealing with this issue a good ending. Whew. More
