My husband was told that "everything checked out" by the service depart cashier staff, I got a video from the technician stating there were two filters that needed to be replaced. There was a gentleman who called me one evening and told me he would have the general manager call me the next day; but that never happened. I do not feel that my "oil change" appointment was complete or satisfactory for these reasons. More

You advertise to come in for a quick oil change, no appointment needed. It took 1.5 hours and they wanted to sell me additional maintenance. I was not expecting No Charge & that was so kind. It had been a very frustrating experience and this really made up for it! More
