Asked them 5 times to email me with details/photos. .. never replied. Calling useless. Someone called back but did not leave info I asked for-didn't know what vehicle I wanted - (Cars.com) clearly sta .. never replied. Calling useless. Ran a car evaluation about trade-in value, got email back wanting photos-they thought I wanted to sell them my car apparently, as nothing was said about the trade I asked about. After 5 days of striking out, I gave up. Keep you car, as I can find a dealer who does not put you thru so much work to buy their car. No Idea who I was supposed to work with; nothing mentioned. Since I cannot submit the review without mentioning someone I just picked people at random to complete this review. I'm not going back to them for anything, but now I get emails every other day from them. xxx More
